Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Harmony Quest Healing, we honor the sacred nature of healing work and the time and energy dedicated to each session, membership, and program. This policy is designed to respect both your journey and the energetic space we co-create together.

Private Healing Sessions and Services

Your time and energy are deeply valued—and so is ours. When you book a session, space is reserved just for you.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation and are non-refundable.

  • You may reschedule your appointment once, provided it is done at least 24 hours in advance.

Refunds:

  • Sessions are non-refundable, but if you cancel within the proper timeframe (24+ hours ahead), you may reschedule or receive a credit toward a future session.

  • No-shows or missed appointments are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

Memberships (Essence Hub, Vibrational Circle, Inner Temple)

All memberships offer access to digital content, resources, and/or live calls. Because this content is delivered immediately, please read the following carefully.

Refunds:

  • All membership sales are final and non-refundable, even if you do not access the content.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a paid month.

Cancellations:

  • You are free to cancel your membership at any time through your account or by contacting us at [your email].

  • Once canceled, access to membership content will end at the end of your billing cycle.

Courses, Workshops and Programs

Due to the nature of digital content and energy exchange, courses and workshops are generally non-refundable.

Refund Exceptions:

  • If a program includes live group work or private support, you may request a refund up to 7 days before the program start date.

  • After the program begins, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise specified in the program details.

Energetic Integrity and Questions

We believe in transparency, integrity, and soul-aligned service. If you feel that your circumstances warrant special consideration, or if there was an issue with your booking, please reach out to us. We’re happy to review each situation on a case-by-case basis.
